Shipping costs are included in the purchase price.

Return & Exchange Policy

Refunds accepted if initiated within two weeks of receipt of a product. A 30% restocking fee is applied to all returns. Return shipping cost is the purchaser's responsibility, and all work must be received in the original condition as it was sent out. In the event of product damage in shipping, photo documentation of damage must be sent via email (paintbylorelei@gmail.com) immediately upon receipt of the artwork.
