Winter Skate in Central Park

Cities, fundamental units of civilizations, have a long tradition of building community through public parks and games.  Ice Skating is a tradition going back centuries. In the 1500s, Flemish painter Pieter Breughel the Elder painted a series of winter landscapes, called genre paintings, This is my modern version of an old theme.
